A spouse doesn't divulge a serious hereditary condition running in the family. A health report disclosed, before marriage, is not correct. It is suspicious of fraudulent information. Is there any legal penalty for this?

If there is any serious and contagious health condition then the aggrieved spouse can use it as a ground for divorce. A penalty is not provided in law. However, the aggrieved spouse can file a criminal complaint before the court against the wrongdoer for cheating based on appropriate evidence.
