A person had made false promises of not leaving anytime soon.
10-Jun-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I have had a boyfriend since last 3 months...the person had made me promises like he won't leave anytime soon and even if he does it will be mutual....but he didn't fulfill those promises....the relationship went ahead physically and emotionally....reaching the 3rd base though the intercourse part didn't happen or had just started....I'm mentally depressed now and can't focus on work....because I had stressed upon his promise of breaking up mutually, he agreed to stay on talking terms that too just for the sake of formality with me....these things are affecting me and I'm having suicidal thoughts...
suicidal thought are not appreciable and neither he is the last man on earth but basically he came to use you which you need to realise and as he didnt get the physical part he is leaving as i am damn sure he has got another one for the same purpose and what you exactly need to do is basically share the elaborate history with lawyer for proper guidance
if you are determined to take legal recourse then you can certainly bring charges against the boy which would include rape if the consent was obtained by fraud or misrepresentation. I would on a personal level suggest you to move on for the mental peace is most important and that guy do not deserve your love.
