A Nepali girl got married in Nepal and she is living in Bengaluru. She is separated from the husband last ten years and she doesn't have any information about her husband now. She has two children with her. Is it possible for her to apply divorce in Bengaluru? She is a Nepali citizen. How long it will take for her to get the divorce? And also, how much the lawyer fee? Thanks...

lawyer fees will be around 60,000/- you can apply for divorce here in India only if marriage was solemnized as per hindu tradition and customs. if your husband is not traceable you may need to take paper publication which will cost additional 20k...time duration somewhere around six to eight months
