Dear sir nMy want to be separate and asked for mutual divorce she only told me that she will hire lawyer for mutual divorce after meeting with lawyer she filled 498a nWhat to do

You can file a petition under section 9 for calling your partner and in that you can write that we had agreed to go for mutual divorce but she filed a false complaint under section 498a. For more legal assistance I will be just a call away.
