A female got married before divource decree because she got age of 39

Due to physical separation from her husband a female filed divource against him.. she has got age of approx 40 years. So she got married with another person before her divource decree.. she is afraid
you may go to court against his wife and her illegal husband under section 498(A), 494 and 496 of indian panel code and 3/4 of dowry prohibition act before the sub divisional judicial Magistrate of your Jurisdiction Court.
