In this circumstance, one child who has attained the age of majority, I.e. 21 years old, would not have any right over the newly wedded Boy/husband of 26 years. Also since 21 years old daughter is a government teacher, her right of maintenance is also a weak case for her and only claim she could make is against her biological father. However, the wife has all the rights to claim from her husband. For any further query feel free to contact. Thanks

Custody of 21 years old who is a major, and what's the need of Custody? as for 16 years who is a minor her mother is the guardian and adopted father would be the boy who is 26. any agreement cannot escape one from liabilities. Yes the lady who is 46 years old can adopt any other child.

Dear sir, custodian laws are very clear in the aspect that a child over 18 years of age can't be given in adoption as it has already obtained maturity. However, your question seems incomplete and you may consult with me in detail.
