पहली पत्नी के रहते और दूसरी पत्नी हिन्दू विवाह अधिनियम धारा 9 के तहत क्या ये अपराध है या नही जब कि पहली पत्नी को तलाक नही दिया है ये कैसे संभव है। इसमें क्या किया जाय और कितने दिनों में न्याय मिलने की संभावना है

Wife hindu marriage act ke under aur indian panel code ke antargat karyawahi kar saktee hai. Police main FIR bhi karwa saktee hai.
