Aapke case me agar pati ya sasural wale aapki izzat nahi karte, lagataar ladaai-jhagda karke ghar ka mahaul kharab kar rahe hain aur aapko dar ya suraksha ka abhav hai, to yeh “cruelty” ke antaragat aata hai. Aapke paas do vikalp hain – (1) Family Court me divorce petition file karna cruelty ke aadhar par, (2) Mahila Suraksha ke liye protection order aur maintenance ke liye application dena. Agar physical ya mental harassment hai to aap Mahila Thana/Police me complaint karke domestic violence case bhi daakhil kar sakti hain. Saath hi, aapko apne saboot (messages, witnesses, medical report, etc.) sambhal kar rakhne chahiye jo court me madadgar sabit honge.

Are bhai ladai jhagda hone ki koi to wajah hoti hogi. ap pariwar ke sath baithkar aram se baat karke puchh sakte ha ki kya problem ha. or agar aap dono ko sath nahi rahna ha to apas me baat karke sulah kar sakte ha uske bad jarurat pade to mutually divorce bhi le sakte ha.
