60 yr. man seeking divorce - advice needed.

12-Nov-2023 (In Divorce Law)
This is a second marriage for us in 2007, Hindu Marriage Act. She is unemployed, lives in a 2BHK with me in Coimbatore. We have no children from this marriage. She has secured herself financially through this marriage and she has treated my (now deceased) family members worse. My daughter who lives abroad is my only family I have. I'm worried that she likely won't want a mutual divorce, will demand the entire house (which she didn't pay for but is jointly owned) and I will be left with nothing. She and her sisters are skilled at hatching new plans to get all the little money left for her living. I'm concerned about living with her during the 6 month cool down period as I don't trust her with my safety or peace of mind. Can the courts force her to live with her family (she has a son) during the cool down period? Are Coimbatore courts open right now to grant a divorce? What is the best course of action you recommend with legal expertise? I'm a middle class man wanting to live in peace.

device is not going for mutual consent divorce then you go for actual and testing diversity that is better in the contesting diverse in future if your wife is accepting all the terms and conditions then you apply for mutual consent divorce
