Within 3month of mutual constant submit they calling for final signature. They had provide one time settlement of 4lak, he s gulf worker his monthly salary 2lak even though he s not paid anything 4lak, can i directly talk to judge when he ask me? These lawyers easily change my mind., if i mutual constent sign, can i apply maintenance case separately?

cooling period is 6 months 6 months only the court will ask to make a settlement or come to the finalist session of the mutual consent drivers but the Supreme Court recent judgement as made to give a divorce within 20 days so if you are want to have a river and if you are fully satisfied of the amount of satisfied about the case then you can unilaterally withdraw the case
