it seems that your wife filed case for cruelty and dowery, don't be panic it is too much hard to prove in court that you demanded dowery and cause cruelty to her. you may take stand that after the two years she filled case against me and since two years she is not living with me. hence it's her malafii intention to only harrash you. and she is taking undue advanty of law. if she demands her clothes and belongings, deliver it to her in presennce of witness, make a list of items and take her sign and defend case in court. don't worry, never be panic

The sections mean: 498A - Cruelty by husband or relatives of husband 504 - Intentional insult to provoke breach of peace 506- Criminal intimidation 34 - Common intention (involving family members usually) If the case is still pending in court, or even if charge sheet has been filed, your wife still has a right to take her personal belongings (stridhan or clothes).

You can ask her to ask whatever she wants in relation to her personal belongings from Court, otherwise, if you are an IO, you may get in trouble to give her anything relating to evidence which was once preserved without the court permission.

you can very well inform court about such incidence , pending court matter such action by her and poice is wrong . Once you ask for mediation , Court can send both of you to go for mediation to settle matter once and all.
