498a FIR quashing , RCR, divorce , 125crpc case

Dear sir/madamn498a case and 125crpc has been filled by my wife, after sending petition for RCR from my side Contested RCR decree is awarded in my favour.n498a charge sheet has been filled (parents and bed ridden brother name removed from FIR)and now in session court we have filing for discharge application.nnCan I file quashing of FIR in High court now?nIf yes what will be the average fee for FIR quashing .?

Hai Sir. I will assist you with respect to the issue that you have raised. Regarding 482 Petition, we have to see the charge sheet and decide whether it's suitable for quashing also on the ground of RCR. for more details fix an appointment with me through LawRato
