am based in Mumbai and frequently travel to Uttar Pradesh to attend court dates for cases under Sections 498A, 125A, 406, and domestic violence (18, 19, 20). Can anyone advise on how to obtain long-term dates? For Section 125, the minimum dates are set for 10 days, while for the other sections, it’s a maximum of 21 days. I am unable to attend monthly dates. Please guide me.

Hello Sir As per query I would suggest you challenge the 498A case before the High Court and in petition write about the other cases pending the matters can go for a mediation and if successful it can come to a conclusion. For further assistant kindly reach out to us
