498A filed against me and my parents

My 498a is dragging since 6.5 years, Complainant (My wife) or her lawyer is not attending the hearings regularly. they attend very rarely and drag the case. Finally it has reached to argument stage. But my lawyer wants the argument to be done by a senior high court lawyer which will help in case they go for a appeal. But senior is very busy and not coming to the argument for one or the other reason.n My question should I change my lawyer at this stage or should I wait as it is in the fag end?

What I suggest that you convince your advocate to bring in some other senior Lawyer, instead of senior for final arguement in the case. And if he does not agree for this you take help of Some other lawyer, get a written argument prepared and give it to Court.
