498a case dropped again the husband harrasing

Due to cheating the wife dropped the 498a case filed by her, after some time the husband showing his originality. what wife can do in this situation. He is working in Dubai and filed case under section 131 HM Act 1955 in Andhra Pradesh. but the wife is residing in Telangana with her children.plz advise .
hi if you want to transfer the case from Andhra pradesh to Telangana then you need to file a petition in Supreme Court to transfer the case and if he is again causing harassement then she could file fresh complaint
