498a case and maintenance case what judgement can be expected

I filed a case on my husband for 498a and for maintenance.He belongs to the film industry.his income is more than 5laks per month.A case has already been filed on him by another lady.she kept sections 420 and 498a on him.He is not willing to give money for me anymore.We have 2 kids and both are married.Since my husband earnings got increased this time my son has turned towards him for the sake of money.My case has been filed and moved to court.What judgement can i expect finally?

Since you are the legal wife of your husband, you are legally entitled to maintenance and no law can deny you your maintenance.
Also the other lady cannot file 498a case on your husband as she is not legally wedded wife.
cheating case is a different case altogether.
Judgement for maintenance will be in your favour.
Judgement in 498A will depend on merits of the case.

I can't understand how other lady filed a case against us husband u/so 498a, any way U have no source of income, U definitely get relief under maintenance for how much amount it decided by the Honorable court on grounds submitted by U and Urban husband
