As mentioned in the above subject we would like to apply for bail application before the Rath civil judge.

how come you are going to apply for a criminal case to a civil judge I don't understand 498A is a criminal case and for that you have to apply for the bail in criminal courts not the civil courts. also you have to tell me whether the people applying for the bail have been arrested or not
