Hello Expertsnn498a/377 chargesheet is filed against me without evidence, statement or proofs. nhow can i fight this case for early disposal. thanks

you can file a Quashing petition before the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay on the grounds of lack of evidence and contradiction in the statement of witnesses. it is necessary that the charge-sheet is read properly so that a fair opinion can be given to you on the future course of action.

You may tell your existing lawyer to request the concerned court to take up the matter for trial by issuing summons to the witnesses and adjournment shall no be asked from your side at any stage of the trial so that case will get disposed of early.
