498 and criminal case on me ..if she admits its wrong can i file a cas

My wife filed criminal drowy and domestic violence case against me n my family.....how much time it takes to dissolve that case if she is ready to take it back

you have to withdraw the application by filing withdrawal application n there is proceedures for the same... to move the aaplication... u have to go with that procedure of withdrawal of matter thanking you

within one day she can withdraw the case if she is ready to withdraw the case. but she has to file so many applications to withdraw the case of 498a , for D.V only one application and then the court will send both of you for mediation and then dispose of the case.

your wife is willing to withdraw 498a Case against you and have made agreement with you with that effect between you and if charge sheet is submitted by police then it will take 2-3 date for completion and for MCD it required 180 days .
