498 a case filed my sister before a year now, she blessed with boy

My sister filed 498a on her husband when she was 3 months pregnant, later her husband messaged her to take care of their baby and she continued her pregnancy , now my sister blessed with baby boy, her husband came to see his son after his birth, now after 5 months he was arguing that he want divorce, what should we do now , what are legal rights we have to send my sister and her son back to his matrimonial house

hi your sister could file petition for restitution of conjugal rights if he is not allowing to your mareimonial home othwrwise she could file for mainteance for the welfare of the child and for other expenses
