323 conviction can be converted to acquital based on settlement

Hi Sir, Could you please help with small query. I have been acquited in 498a 506 504 354 but got convicted in 323. Not sentenced and only fined 10000 in probation act. Please guide if we go in compromise now whether session court will convert conviction of 323 into acquital after appeal ? Judge have given benifit of doubt to victim in 323 and relied that there is no denial by accused so it can be considered as truth. There are lot of contradictions. Can compromise affect it adversely or will help in acquital in session appeal ??? What is probability of acquital in appeal considering compromise through mutual consent divorce.

...Better than going into appeal at sessions Court you may go to high court and seek quashing on the ground of compromise between the parties.... It will be good option in your situation to go for and it will quash the sentence.

hello I am adv Smita Mendhe u r legal mattersit is happened in mutual divorce for further proceedings u can file a mutual divorce u come in my office for further proceedings and discussing and the matter.
