From your description, the proposed settlement of ₹15 lakhs along with return of her own jewellery (stree dhan) and no claim over your side’s jewellery appears financially favourable compared to her original demand of ₹2 crores plus ₹1 lakh per month. However, before agreeing, ensure the terms are clearly recorded in a written settlement deed, filed before the court, and that all pending cases under 498A, 125 CrPC, 12 DV Act, and 13 HMA are withdrawn or quashed as part of the settlement. This will protect you from future claims or revival of disputes.

Yes it seems to be a fair deal provided all the pending litigations will be withdrawn by your spouse. Do seek a detailed legal Consultation and get MOU thoroughly drafted from an Advocate having expertise.

Yes...but first of all execute a settlement deed and mention all the terms and conditions in that deed and also get it notarized. In that deed you also need to mention that the opposite party will withdraw all the pending cases.
