Meri sister ko mera jiju marpeet krta hai meri sister ke 2 baby boy hai .hamne police complian bhi ki hai lekin police ose nhi pakad rhi .hamne dhara 26ipc ki complain kri hai lekin 3 month ho gye hai police ne hamari koi help nhi ki hai Police usko nhi pakad rhi hai police bolti hai oh mentally upset hai hum use nhi pakad skte ..ese me hme kya krna chiye camplain

agar police app ki complaint pa action nehi la rehi a to app direct court main complaint file kr skte ho ...app 156(3) main court main case file kro...FIR katne ke lyi ...court ...police ko order kra gi

Firstly you should move your sister and Babu boys away from that man as the safety of them is far more important than anything else. Rest if the police are not taking any action then we can take the help of court..
