125crpc Maintenance Adultery case against wife

I have tha mobile call list of wife whom she speaks in the late night for hours together . i have obtained the Mobile CDR for the proof. is that the proof can be taken for the proof for adultery . guide me the requirements for adultery

speaking in the mobile phone with any other present does not amount to adultery even if it is speak and in the night times it won't comes under adultry if you can't proceed under that cruelty when she is not a performing the matrimonial obligation then the adulter should be included in the case

hi Felix here, I can well understand your concern from the query raised, yes you can use the CDR as a valid proof, but the allegation needs to be proved beyond reasonable doubt to be marked as an evidence in the court of law, thank you
