125 maintenance case I need to get husband foreign travel details

I need to know my NRI husband is saying he has no earning and cannot pay maintenance for my minor daughter he has allowed anticipatory bail but he travels a lot abroad how to get his travel details to show to the court that he has money to travel I am an Hindu and got married in Delhi

You need to hire expert advocate in this regard ? Has court already passed Maintenence ? Or have you not filed any such case yet ? You can file application for maintenance in the concerned court via 125 CrPC or Domestic Violence Plz b in touch

If you have filed any maintenance case then you both need to file an income affidavit and in that affidavit your husband is duty bound to disclose his all movable and immovable property details. And if he doesn't reveal the truth under that affidavit then he will be liable under the IPC.

You need to file all the documents proving his means and source of income. Upon satisfying the court you can get maintenance for your daughter. However father cannot escape from his obligations of maintaining his daughter. For any further discussion feel free to contact. Thanks
