1.) Can I know if my lawyer has attended the court in date or not ?nn2.) What happens if my lawyer didn't attend the court in date as i m petitioner but respondent and her lawyer attends the court ?

if your lawyer has not attended you must change the lawyer immediately sonthat your case is handled responsibly if your other side lawyer has attended immediately the order copy of the last date needs to be checked without delay to ascertain the next strategy
