Where can a complaint be filed against a stalker harassing from a year

I had colleague in my tcs mumbai team. He kept on texting and calling me for few weeks. He said things like i love you will marry you , buy you a house and all. I conveyed him a messege that i have no interest in you whatsoever , leave me alone but he still continued to messege me. So i complained my hr and he got fired. After he got fired i switched my location to pune for safety reasons. Now it has been a year and he still posting my pics on his facebook page sayong meet my future wife. Also keeps messeging my family and friends asking them to arrange a meet with me i am confused what should i do?
First, do not be scared.
Second, you can lodge a complaint against him at your local (police) cyber cell, if there in no cyber cell then lodge a complaint in regular police station.
Prima facie S. 354(D), S. 509 of IPC may be applicable to him.
Do not delete any of the messages or communications made by him, keep a screenshot atleast. Seek legal counsel.

File a complaint at your nearest police station where you are residing with all details.And if police aren't helping then SP/CP can be approached as of now.
