What can be done when complainant defame accused before conviction

06-Sep-2023 (In Cyber Crime Law)
Can the complainant(girl) be in trouble if she allegaly make someone accuse of making fake profile of her on social media and the police wont find any evidence against the said accused. And police wont even file any chargesheet after 8 months from date of registrating FIR.The complainant also post this news in newspaper and social media tarnishing the image of accuse but victim was shown as anonymous. Now Can the complainant just walk out freely from this matter after filing FIR and not bother about whether the accuse was really guilty or not.If the accused not found guilty in any of the said offence then will the court summon the complainant for making false complaint?Though the police havent made any arrest the complainant had already defame the accused.Does the complainant have the right to defame the accused before any conviction? And if the complainant is teenage girl then she will not be called in the court during trial because it will harm her modesty

First there is no such law as to protection of identity of accused untill found guilty.
Secondly court itself will not call the complainant for defamation if u are acquitted, u can file defamation case only after u are acquitted from that case of all charges.
Thus ur query does not reveal whether
Even if she is a teenage then also she will be called in court to give evidence..
If you require and further assistance in ur case then u may contact me through LawRato anytime.
