My permanent address is in west bengal but i am staying in madhyapradesh ..so in online form in which state police station i have to submit my complaint ...which address i have to give
When you are accepting your absence while on duty , court of inquiry will hold you guilty unless you justify your absence which could be a situation beyond your control requiring your personal handling or your sickness. You should try and earn sympathy of your commanding officer to get away from current situation with milder or no punishment rather than earning severe punishment
