Threats and abuse on call by someone repeatedly twice happened

One of my cousin brother is abusing and threatening my real sister that he will throw acid on her face if we didnt give him one of our property. He has called her twice and threatened her. She has an apple iphone so she was unable to record the voice calls. On message he does not abuse and talk politely as messages may be evidence. What and how should we do a police complaint. What actions will the police take on our complaint.

You can approach the police station according to your jurisdiction and submit a complaint in writing against the person who is threatening your sister. There's no need for any accurate evidence in this case and the police will then call the other party and if his conduct is not found to be satisfactory then the police can also file a case against him.
