someone filed a cyber complaint against me from outside india

A year ago, I added a girl from the U.S. on Snapchat and was flirting with her. She mentioned having a boyfriend, who then added me. While chatting, he admitted to cheating on her and showed me her nudes, asking me not to tell her. I sent her the picture as proof, and she got angry and blocked me. Now, a year later, the police have taken me to the cyber office. and then i find out she filed a complaint against me, what should i do?
