Respected sir/madam Yesterday 18/7/2018 someone purchased online using my atm card details . Ab me kaha pe complaint karu aur kis tarah se karu ? Aur age kya legal process hogi esake bare me bataye
Basic things:
1. Block the card
2. File complaint at cyber cell
3. Fill up dispute form in the bank.

IMMEDIATELY CALL ON YOUR BANKS CONSUMER CARE NO AND BLOCK THE CARD IF NECESSARY RIGHT AWAY
POLICE WITH GIVE AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF YOUR COMPLAINT WHICH WILL HELP U RECOVER IP ADDRESS OF PERSON WHO USED YOUR CARD.
COMPLAINT TO BANK SHOULD BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS FOR ADDITIONAL PREFERENCE.
