Shared post related to a person can that person file a case against me

I have posted information about a person on my Facebook page.it was posted to the page timeline by another person i just reposted it. Matter was related to accusing someone about some things he said to have done year's back. Seing this the person is planning of giving a case in the cybercell. Will the cybercell take case against me. I heard the section dealing with this has been removed... please help

Section 66A of IT Act which applies to your case provides punishment for sending offensive or false messages through communication services. Supreme Court has stripped down section 66A of IT Act stating it as unconstitutional. 
Therefore the said person cannot take action against you or file a case against you in cyber cell.

Who is planning to complain against you in cyber cell? The one who posted information on the timeline or that 'someone' who was accused about something said to have done years ago? The person who posted information, did he do it on his/her timeline or your timeline? Please add some clarity to facts before putting your query.
