Section 41 a Recieved, my name is not in the FIR . Advice needed

04-Jan-2024 (In Cyber Crime Law)
I work as a full time employee in the US. I received section 41a notice but my name is not in the FIR. I figured from the FIR that the complainant was duped by someone and he did the P2P trade on Binance with me transferring the cheated money and taking the crypto coin against that. I want to know what should I do next. How likely it is to get the anticipatory bail granted and an approval to be part of the investigation through video conferencing. What should be my next steps as I have done no f

If you are under the fear that the police might arrest you then you should immediately approach the court with the application of anticipatory bail. And it's advisable to attend the meeting with the police officials as mentioned in the 41A notice. And if your name is not mentioned in the said FIR then you need not worry.
