Return of Property process when Cybercell recovers your money

I had a fraud on my account and it was immediately reported to the bank, cybercrime, FIR with police etc. The cybercell confirmed that they were able to block some part of the amount and that I can go to the local police station and request for return of property. Kindly help me with steps for requesting my property from police (where the fraud happened on my account and partial/full amount was recovered by Police)

You can approach to the local police station along with the copy of the written confirmation by cyber cell asking for return of property. In many cases, you have to make an application for return of property to the local magistrate court and the police transfers the amount to the court and then you can withdraw your amount from there.
