Report the seizure to the magistrate

What is the minimum or maximum time period that cyber crime police have to report the seizure to the magistrate & what is the procedure for the seizing a mobile phone? cyber crime police can seize the mobile phone from the accused without any receipt or acknowledgement of the seizure to the accused & can seize without providing the copy of the petition given by the petition against the accused and without FIR? only CSR is enough to seize the mobile phone of accused and no need to return back?
