Recovery of lien amount in a cyber crime case

I am a victim of a cyber fraud (Like and Follow Insta Profile, Earn Money). I had transferred some amount to a bank account given by fraudster. After my complaint cyber crime department has managed to put lien the amount on transferred account. But now to recover that amount police has instructed me to arrange a legal notice so that they can process refund. What is the procedure of notice/ court order.
You have to make an application for return of property in the local court of your jurisdiction through an advocate. The judge will accordingly pass an order on the application and direct the police authorities to return your amount freezed.
