Recieveing Harrasment calls from Tikona Networks

I am getting harassment calls from tikona saying that if I don't pay their due they will start a legal action against me. Please note I don't even own the connection nor once I have paid them the Amount till today, is it still possible they can take an action against me?
You can get in touch with me to send them a legal notice seeking compensation for harassment and they will stop harassing along with paying the compensation for the same. I will need full details of the calls made by them and their demands.

either someone might have used your details such as pan card, aadhar card and phone no to buy this service or there could be some other genuine mistake.
you may ask their legal team to send you a formal legal notice along with all the details of enrollment for service.

No company can call ypu and tell you that they will file a suit against you.
They can do so only by sending a legal notice through proper channel.
Kindly make sure that the caller is Tikona itself and not any fraudster.
Also visit the nearest Tikona office and give them a written complaint regarding the same.
If the calls persist, file a complaint in the nearest Police Station.
