Procedure to withdraw the FIR for fraud in online transactions

I have given a complaint to cyber crime for fraud transaction of Rs. 2900 from my online banking. I have received the FIR today which is required to send to Axis bank for further action. But now we realized the transaction is genuine and need to withdraw my FIR. What is the procedure?. Intimated to bank nodal officer about my withdrawal. but now I need to cancel the FIR. Please advice.

Hi, approach an advocate to direct police to file closure report in court. You can get in touch with us for the process. You did not mention the offences are mentioned on the FIR. thanks, adv.niranjan.
