Non-Delivery of Trading Software and Refund Demand of ₹35,000

15-Apr-2025 (In Cyber Crime Law)
I seek legal help to issue a notice regarding a non-delivered trading software despite full and partial payments. In October 2024, I hired a developer to create a trading strategy code for ₹90,000, with payments in three stages: ₹30,000 advance, ₹30,000 after backtesting, and ₹30,000 after live use. I made additional payments of ₹5,000 for support and ₹10,000 for AWS server bills, as requested. However, the developer failed to deliver a functional product. FOR MORE PLEASE CONTACT ME

It doesn't work that way. A well doesn't visit the thirsty. The thirsty must visit the well. anyways, to respond your query primarily, you are not a victim of cyber fraud. you're welcome. secondly, the written agreement between you, the parties involved becomes ultimate Bhagawad Geeta for interpretation of the entire scenario. I request you to be in touch with my office and share the written agreement and communications in proper chronology and hierarchy. This would help indentify exactly what and where did things went wrong. You may check my details available on profile. Adv Soham Desai ♦️.
