Need to know about the procedure after chargersheet submitted in court

20-Sep-2023 (In Cyber Crime Law)
Hi, I have filed a FIR against a person under IT or Cyber Act. Would like to know the further process. As the police has already filed the charge sheet in court and the case has been accepted in District Court. Would like to know that whether i will get a government lawyer to fight for my case or Do i need to hire a private Lawyer. As my annual income is less than 5 LPA so i am eligible for getting a free fee aid from Government. Please guide after when the charge sheet has been submitted in court, what will be the next step. Looking forward to hearing from you

According to me DLSA rules…if you are a woman you will definitely get a free legal aid and the salary criteria fixed for district is less than 1 lakh. If the chargesheet has been filed then after that the accused will be asked if he/she Plead Guilty Or Not. And then there will be prosecution evidence and examination of witnesses. Meanwhile the accused can also file for a bail.
