Need Help in Recovering Money from a Dress Wholesaler

Hi Team,
In the month of August, I connected with one dress wholesaler on Facebook. And he said he is from Gurgaon. And I stay in Bangalore. We had a discussion and based on which I made the payment of 20k to him in two phases to an bank account number shared by him. But that person did not deliver the dresses which I ordered. And now when I am asking him to return my money, he is not refunding my money. So could you please let me know if in case you can help in recovering my money. Based on the confirmation from your side, will share the further details. Also let me know what is procedure you and and the charges.

It's a simple case of offence under section 417 of Indian Penal Code, read with section 415 of Indian Penal Code.
I suggest you file a Police Complaint at your nearest Police Station.
A civil suit for recovery may also be filed but the fee for your local advocate would cost more than what you lost in this transaction.
