My sister's ex - boyfriend blackmailing on some picture of past

He will blackmailing us to destroy our whole family reputation in public if we don't give my sister to him... He have some pictures of their past when their relationship were good, they do some things due to mutual understanding but he control her, sometimes beat her so he left him , but he didn't like breaking up.. So he forced my sister to be still In relationship I know he can't, they he started blackmailing us that he will post every single pics on social media, and he didn't even afraid of police he send some suicide attempt video, pics , I really don't know what to do plz plz plz help me I have so many proofs plz help me......
first you have to do lodge FIR against victim who is blackmailing you. I have to ask some questions which I have in my mind so when you get my contact number so call me where I will asked you some question.
