My Facebook account hacked by a known person what action can I take

Dear sir my Facebook account is hacked by a known person ans she creating missused with my facebook so how I make FIR against guide and justice me.
Earlier Section 66 A of IT act authorized police to arrest people. However since Supreme Court has struck down the provision, has led to requirement of some deterrent provisions and laws on Cyber Law
