should I filed a complaint or not against my ex he has been blackmailing with my videos since one every time he say he delete them but again start blackmailing me this time he blackmail me to meett me and say sorry then I can dlt videos of mine from his phone now getting confused because my one frnd told me that police will definitely involve family even complaint anonymously or what if in anger he send photos to family or spread words

you can file a police complaint against him there is no involvement of family will take palace all the videos and photos will be deleted by police. it is the matter of IT ACT. Under thia act ypu can file a complaint against him.
