MY ACCOUNT FROZEN DUE TO CYBER CRIME COMPLAINT

I received a payemnt from my friend and then I transferred money to my spouse. After 2 days our account got blocked saying due to cyber complaint . After talking to police in telengana we got to know it was a trail and we got into that trail at layer 5.. at 9th position.. now complainant withdraw the complaint and case has been disposed. My bank has been unblocked.. but my spouse account is in HDFC and they are saying they need NOC.. but police is saying there was no FIR was registered physical

First of all rather than going legally you should serve them a legal notice and in that notice you can write that either defreeze the account or face legal action which will be at your own risk. After that if they fail to give you a satisfactory reply then you can anytime file a petition in the court to defreeze the same according to your jurisdiction.
