15-May-2023 (In Cyber Crime Law)
A girl filed a complaint of making fake account of her against me.Ipc 500,419,509,66c,66d. The fir was registered on 30/01/17. But now today it is 15/05/17 and police have still not filed any chargesheet yet. I have taken bail from Andheri Rly mobile court. Can the case be dropped??? Main thing is that my father is also constable in same police stn in which case was registered. My father also ask the officer who is investigating that case,He said that they havent found any fake account of that girl.Does she had filed false fir against me?? She and her parents also brought political parties with them which forced the police to file case against me. Police officer told them that if they want to file a case they will filed it as accused is unknown person and when they will traced the ip address that will declare the real accused. But the girl and her parents forcefully filed F.I.R against me Does it will affect my career. I m first year engineering student.

I will need to read the FIR and the charges levied against you inorder to give a proper legal opinion. You can directly call me so that we can discuss this further and yes the case can be settled and resolved.

Yes you have an FIR against you therefore you may not get police clean chit / character certificate for any NOC from police such as rented house or passport.

if the case is fake we can quash it.

you can also file a counter case for false case.

you must lodge complaint formally in police station as well as in court.

in fact railway mobile court the magistrate can also take down additional statement.

i need to understand form you your relationship/friendship etc with this girl.

also this would have been a better case of cyber crime than outraging modesty of a women or defamation. etc

FIR is just a primary report to get the investigation started.
Only if you are convicted in a court of law, it might affect your career prospects in the long run if you opt for higher education in other nations.
Also, I would suggest you that if you are questioned by anyone regarding the incident, please do not give so many details as much of it is self-incriminating in nature.
