Lien put on Bank Account against a Cyber Fraud complaing

I'm from Ghaziabad, Delhi NCR. In March '24, I faced cyber fraud and filed an FIR with Ghaziabad Cyber Crime. A court order helped me recover some funds. Sadly, in Dec '24, my ICICI account was liened due to a Khardaha Police cyber complaint. I've shared my Court Order, FIR, and documents to the IO to unfreeze my account. But no responses yet. Please advise the appropriate course of action. I wish to get the lien removed from my bank account to be able to us it.
