Is writing an erotic fiction ebook and selling it via amazon legal?

Iam writing abook like Fifty shades of Grey but more like compilation of erotic stories. It has no nude pictures of men or women. No celebrities involved. Iam also going to have a website having a link of all the ebooks I have. The website again has no nude pictures. Tell me if this is legal in India. I have seen erotic fiction by indian authors in amazon getting popular in india.
Hi....sure you can write a erotic stories but before that you must know that to an what extent your story will involve above said facts. Selling erotic story in India is not illigal but in same time it must not hurt the feeling of readers.
