Is it legal to get an old call recording from the cyber cell

Will anyone get my personal old call recording with the help of a cyber cell or a computer expert.i s it leagal

At present, telecom companies are not recording any call conversation of its subscriber. They are keeping the Call log details only.
but, the police can record your call details (present and future only) as per Section 5(2) Telegraph Act and 419 A of Rules with the help of the concerned service provider. that is legal as per above sections.
